Notice how the picture is pale.  Is that acceptable?
Statistics about the program would be good.
Pictures with students would be good.

The Pre-Academic Program:
This program has been in operation since 1998. It targets toward high school girls (10th-12th grade) with good potential for university study. The program’s goal is to increase the number of Bedouin women entering university and colleges programs by helping high-school students academically and socially. A staff of coordinator and professional teachers who work with us more than 9 years is accompanying about 60 - 100 students, with BGU as partners.
Program components:
  1. Academic: weekly enrichment classes in math, Hebrew, English, critical thinking, computer skills and more, to help the participants achieve high scores on both matriculation and psychometric exams.
  2. Adjusting: the program takes place in BGU, in order to bridge the alienage of the academia in the eyes of the young women. To some of them, this is the first time out of their villages. Learning in university enables them to see higher education as reachable.
  3. Transportation: a high percentage of the budget is dedicated to transportation for 2 reasons: first, to enable girls from unrecognized villages, where there is no transportation, to study; second, to enable girls from conservative families to participate, when the families condition is a chaperoned transportation for girls only.
  4. Social: Monthly workshops prepare the students for difficult and unfamiliar personal and social situations they may encounter as university students, as well as empowerment, identity, gender, democracy, women's leadership and more.
  5. Advocacy: assistance in the application and admissions process.
